Megan's claim to fame is her role as a Beachbody Super Trainer, a title she earned in 2016. She is the creator of the popular #MBF (“Muscle Burns Fat”) and “Sure Thing” programs, designed to help participants feel accomplished, stronger, healthier, and more confident every day.
George boasts a stellar track record, including a 1st Place title in the Men's Masters Over 50 at the Southern States Bodybuilding Competition, his first time competing. His daughter Megan competing in the same show presented his trophy as a surprise.
With multiple certifications in nutrition, George is an AFPA-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. He has furthered his education with a certification from Precision Nutrition, ensuring you receive top-notch advice on how food can transform your health.

Unlimited Small Group Workouts
One of the most beneficial things women can do for their bodies at any time, but especially in perimenopause and beyond, is to build muscle mass. This 6-week challenge will focus on building lean muscle through weight training.

Love coming to this gym!. Every 2 weeks you can do a body composition and coaches advise you on what changes to make to get you closer to your goals and you don’t feel pressured to lift more weight than what you want. Everyone is super nice, they come to the gym to work out not to see and be seen (like other places). Definitely the best in the area!!
I joined TFW in August 2022 and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done. This is so much more than a gym! You get a one-on-one coach who motivates and encourages you, cardio and strength training classes designed to teach you good form and to motivate you to push yourself, and nutrition classes. We understand that life happens. We have you covered. You will have access to the Warrior Tracker which provides all the tools you need including video instructed workouts that can be done at home with little to no equipment.
