We're excited to announce that our own TFW Coach Megan Davies will be presenting alongside her father, Coach George. Together, they will share invaluable insights and strategies to help you take control of your menopausal journey.

Megan is highly qualified with multiple certifications, including NSCA-CPT, TFW Certified Coach, and most recently, Dr. Stacy Sims' Menopause 2.0.

Megan's claim to fame is her role as a Beachbody Super Trainer, a title she earned in 2016. She is the creator of the popular #MBF (“Muscle Burns Fat”) and “Sure Thing” programs, designed to help participants feel accomplished, stronger, healthier, and more confident every day.

Coach George Davies

Coach George will lead your personalized nutrition program, offering comprehensive guidance and meal plans to support your health and fitness goals over the next 6 weeks.

George boasts a stellar track record, including a 1st Place title in the Men's Masters Over 50 at the Southern States Bodybuilding Competition.

With multiple certifications in nutrition, George is an AFPA-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. He has furthered his education with a certification from Precision Nutrition, ensuring you receive top-notch advice on how food can transform your health.

We understand that life happens. We have you covered. You will have access to the Warrior Tracker which provides all the tools you need including video instructed workouts that can be done at home with little to no equipment.

Are the meal plans customizable?
